Absolutely Disgusting. I have never seen bread like this at any Subway. So tough and hard to chew. No one there seemed to HEAR what was supposed to be put on the wrap. Toasted without the egg...just a glob of cheese. Good thing Hubby and I noticed the egg was totally absent. Not like this Subway to serve anything that looks or tastes this bad.

Moderately clean. Friendly, fast and exceptional crew working. There were Several people in front of me when I came in and a line in the drive through. I got seated in less than 10 minutes. Everything was wonderful

Made order online in app gave instructions on how I wanted the subs made,when took sub back cause it was wrong employees gave an attitude about refixing the sub.never again will I be ordering at the Galax Subway

First time to go here. We ordered online. Got there and they DID NOT have the pretzel thingy. How can You order something they are out of??? SO, The Cashier wants to know do I want to substitute or get a refund. Text the family member that wanted the pretzel thing. They don't want to substitute. I tell the cashier. He says He needs the card. I say I don't have the card., I didn't know I was not getting what I ordered. Says "then you have to substitute". I say " give Me the pretzel thing or a refund". He says " I can't give You the pretzel thing", I say then that norrows it to a refund. He got mad, brought Me the wrong drink twice, then finally threw the correct drink at Me. Getting myself and the customer next to Me wet. When I got home I find out the subs are made incorrectly. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET GOID SERVUCE NOW DAYS??????.?.?

I was ordering a 6in sub for my daughter while I was talking to her on the phone about the topping she requested, I ask them to take the green peppers of the sub and she grab it and shoved in the trash. I preseded to apologize for which she rolled her eyes and walked away then I paid for a cup to get a drink but told them to sprite was out and I went to get different drink and the cashier said can I ask you a question and I said yes. She accused me of taking 3$ out of the tip jar and embarrassed me in front of other customers but I never touched the tip jar and there were several different workers that was at the checkout so will never go back to that location because of the horrible customer service I received....also I tried to call to speak to a manager several times for which no one ever answered the phone....

If you want your actual sub then go in and have it made. Don't go through the drive through. Them high school kids dgaf.

Also, big reason why they’re always “hiring” is because of the poor work environment and lack of professionalism. They have some good people that work there but some are not too good at listening. I’ll change my review once I see an improvement.

I ordered one footlong sandwich and waited for 15 minutes in the drive through. Note, there is only one car in the parking lot. Nobody has came to window. SMH! Horrible customer service. July 3rd at 3:45 pm!

was really impressed with this Subway. hadn't been to one in 3-4 yrs at least. Had the Subway Club and everything was fresh and delicious.
the ft long chocolate cookie was a bit doughy but we let it sit at home and it was much better...
