This older style Taco Bell in Galax, Virginia, is pretty nice. When I came in, it was around 3pm and there was nobody there. It didn't take super long to get my fries, but the cashier I was with was very forthwith, in and out with me, instead of being super friendly. A little lacklust in the service department, but otherwise, this place is clean and is decently spacious. It doesn't have a super big interior, so you will probably need to avoid very busy days. They grilled my soft tacos!! It was so good and so, so much better than just wrapping the filling in a cold soft shell!! It's the extra effort that I didn't even ask for that is amazing! I shouldn't be excited over fast food tacos but here I am! 🤣
Galax Taco Bell has made a tremendous turn around since new management has taken over within the past month… if you’ve had a bad experience before I highly recommend going and giving it another chance!
