Didn't give me half my order
I used my app to order and my drink was wrong. Cashier argued that I ordered it and I had to check the app to see that I was right. Every person that came in had an issue. In his defense, he was understaffed and trying to do it all. Guacamole tasted like it was off.
This older style Taco Bell in Galax, Virginia, is pretty nice. When I came in, it was around 3pm and there was nobody there. It didn't take super long to get my fries, but the cashier I was with was very forthwith, in and out with me, instead of being super friendly. A little lacklust in the service department, but otherwise, this place is clean and is decently spacious. It doesn't have a super big interior, so you will probably need to avoid very busy days.
