Great service with smiling faces. Good was just what we needed. I don't know what they do to their chips but they are lighter and fluffier than most tortilla chips and I absolutely loved them! I got the steak and chicken fajitas, I had so much food I ate leftovers 3xs from it. It was just as good as eating it at the restaurant. Super yummy! My partner got the Chori pollo which isn't my thing but I had to try it and it was so delicious.Kid-friendliness: My 18month old happily ate from our plate. Didn't pay any attention to the kids menu bc we knew we ordered plenty of food for us all.

I had eaten here at least half a dozen times without incident or issue with my service dog until about 2 weeks ago, when I was greeted by a young (teen?) man who informed me that "the owner said he did not want me to bring 'that' into the restaurant."First, it's illegal to deny entry to someone because of a service animal, but this isn't my first rodeo, so I pull up his vet records and certification and enter to speak to the owner, who disappears into the back without a word as I enter. The tall man at the counter proceeded to speak almost mockingly as I presented my proof, but he refused to accept it multiple times, going so far as to say, "This isn't Washington County." When I explained my dog is recognized through that health department.I know for a fact that there was no language barrier because 1. This man had served me multiple times before and 2. I wrote to their sister location in Kingsport in both Spanish and English requesting information, to which I have not received an appropriate answer to ANY of my requests.Sadly, their food and service were good until they violated my rights and refused to speak to me face to face.Photo of my dog eating there at an earlier date added for context.Wheelchair accessibility: Staff are NOT handicap friendly.

My husband and I stop here for dinner every time we’re in town. Very nice place & wonderful food. I only wish we didn’t live an hour away so we could dine here more often.
