So glad you guys are serving up local style food here in Richmond! Born and raised in Hawaii here. Two things - don't slice through the short rib bones - that's unnecessary and dangerous. Slice between the bones or leave the cut whole. Also - gotta have some BBQ katsu sauce on hand for chicken katsu. Major component that is missing with that plate. Keep up the good work otherwise!

The restsurant is chill and has good music, good seating, quick and friendly service and a really surprisingly large menu. We had the Loco Moco and the Hawaiian Chicken Mix. Everything was perfectly cooked and a huge portion. Highly recommended.

Decided to stop in after noticing it in the parking lot. Hadn't had Hawaiian food in quite some time, so it sounded good. The place didn't disappoint! I got the Hawaiian Fried Rice and my son got the
Crispy Spam Musubi. Both were great! If we lived closer, we would definitively make it a frequent stop.
