The staff was very helpful and my food was cooked to my asking. I had no trouble at all

The food was very good. Service was friendly and informative. My server was training another server and informed me so I didn't have to ask why two people were waiting on me. Both were friendly and attentive. Did came out quick and didn't have to wait long.

Nice family restraunt. Decent prices and great variety of food items on the menu.

Been eating here every couple weeks, always had good service and good food. Last night we went after work and it was horrible.. was at least 10 minutes after we were seated before our waitress made an appearance, then another 10 minutes before our drinks made it to our table, our drinks sat on the bar for at least 5 minutes of that wait. We ordered our food and another round of drinks, it had been that long, our drinks took another 10 minutes to get to our table again. Still waiting for our dinner salads, a different waitress checked on us and we ordered a third drink. Finally our salads arrived, only to be half made, mine was missing the cucumber and bacon, hers was missing tomatoes and bacon. The salads were full of large chunks of lettuce core... obviously the prep person had no idea what they were doing. We were half way into our salads when our food was brought out by another waitress, my burger came open face with no toppings and no mayo or sauce, her chicken was missing its toppings, my fries were half cooked. The waitress came back and immediately brought me new fries and toppings, I received an uncut half a tomato, 2 tiny pieces of pickle, and some lettuce to top my burger... We sat for another 15 minutes after finishing our food for our waitress to appear again and we asked for our check. It was over 10 minutes later before she brought our check. We had been there 2 full hours at that point... I left a 5% tip to show I was not happy and I sat the table ad that said we were owed a free appetizers for not be offered a gift card on top of the tip and we left. Very, very disappointed with the service and the preparation of the food we received on this visit. Not in a hurry to return...

The food was good as always. The waitress was friendly and semi-helpful, however the cleanliness was absolutely horrible. The table was sticky. We had no plates or silverware even after receiving our appetizer and drinks. When we finally did receive the plates from the host, they were covered in what seemed to be old salsa. This is not the first time we have had a "dirty" experience at this particular establishment but will definitely be the last.
