Okay, so... I placed an order through the app and the app declined my payment. So I went in to the store to place my order, only for the app to suddenly process the first order. Then I had two. This was 100% not the store's fault, the app was just faulty. Anyway, all of that was fixed by management, so thank you.However, I came in tonight to redeem (so to speak) the second meal I got charged for a few days prior rather than get a refund. The manager asks me what sauces for my wings and I give her 2 different sauces. I get my order, only to find out once I got home that they MIXED THE SAUCES. WHY WOULD YOU MIX THE SAUCES?! Now I have lemon pepper garlic parmesan wings. Why would you even assume to mix them together instead of asking me if that's how I wanted them? Why not clarify? I didn't even know I had to say, "don't mix the sauces." Literally no one I know does that. I usually order quite a few wings for leftovers or when I'm sharing with my partner, so what if my partner and i intended on our own set of 10 wings? What if I ordered lemon pepper and ghost pepper? Would you mix those two together without clarifying?

My first visit. Had 30 TV’s so I could follow my team. I was starved and my plan was to eat wings and cheer them on. And I did, Mission accomplished. The (10 piece) Wings were plenty and spicy. Just as I like them. Wow. My mouth was on fire. Had to cool it off with endless cold Pepsi and scoop of ice cream with Carmel sauce and cinnamon crust. The restaurant was understaffed today, but Stephanie worked hard and kept me happy. Had to wait for my orders but I wasn’t in any hurry. The game last three hours.

Very understaffed. Tables were dirty and falling apart. Our waitress was nice but clearly juggling too much. We waited an hour for our boneless wings and ended up having to get it to-go. We waited a good long while before we even had our drink orders taken and didn't get any refills the whole time. I feel for the staff, because I can see they are doing the best with what they have, but it was a very unpleasant experience.

Ordered food and went to pickup the order, I noticed that there was food missing. The person at the to go station didn’t mention that they were out of pretzel bites and they were left out of my order. After noticing it and bringing it to her attention, I was then told that they would reimburse my card for the app, however it never happened and my card was charged the full amount. On top of that, the dry rub wings didn’t have much seasoning, as well as the fries were cold. Taking my business to World of Beer or another wing place around Short Pump.Fully expecting a copy and paste response from the owner below, as they provided for the rest of the other reviews, instead of handling the problem.

Horrible experience. The waiter Brennan was kind and generous and went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I, but our food took forever. I ask to speak to a manager JD, for some type of reimbursement because we did not eat some of the food and he was not understanding and had poor people skills. I do not recommend . Food that we did eat, tasted good

I’m a relaxed person who generally tries to tip 20% regardless of service, but not at this BWW. We were seated immediately, sat for 15 minutes before our waiter greeted us and took our order, and waited another 20 minutes for our drinks (water and a beer). We waited for 75 minutes to get our appetizer. We wanted to pay for the beer at the counter and leave during the ridiculously long wait, but there was no one at the counter to speak to and our server was MIA. When our food finally came out, it wasn’t even hot. I’m shocked we were asked to pay the full price for our drink and wings considering the service…we will never come here again.

I've always had fantastic experiences at this location! Silas was my waiter and he absolutely went above and beyond! He had a trainee with him and I didn't get his name but he also was very nice guy and even gave my nephew 50 cents to play a game! I've had very inconsistent experiences at most B-Dubs but this location is always a 5 star experience! Not to mention the food arrived in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to five minutes! No kidding I ordered, went to the bathroom and the food was on my table when I walked out!

Not that many people there on a Saturday evening which had us concerned. Our server responded promptly. Chicken tenders were ordered. The waiter came back and told us they were out of tenders. A chicken sandwich was then ordered. Again the waiter came back saying they were out of chicken sandwiches so we left.

The food was good but it took one hour for me and a friend to get tacos and a cheese quesadilla. Our server only came to take our order and give us our food, never checked up on us once when the restaurant was practically empty.

It doesn't surprise me that ratings are low for this location and I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. In the middle of my dinner while eating my fries, I felt a piece of hair in my mouth. Let's note that I have black braided hair, I pulled a piece of blonde hair out of my mouth. While I was completely disgusted, I understand things happens, I politely ask for the manager. The manager JD comes to the table, gives a half way apology, very generic and zero empathy and says he will take off the fries. At this point I had half of my wings, and an entire drink that I left at the table. When I ask the number for corporate he said quickly and with a sassy response "let me get that for you" I understand the unfortunate situation, but if this is the type of people you hire to run your store, that is even more unfortunate.

Slow, slooowwwwwww, did I say sloowwwwwwww. Not busy, so no reason to take this long. It’s a wing place, and we got an original 20 medium and large fries (nothing fancy.) The food was luke-warm at best, and they forgot the fries. We ordered pretzel appetizers as an afterthought, and those were just ok. I don’t remember it being this bad, but maybe I was drinking at all my previous visits. Will not go again. (The waitress was sweet and smiley, but it doesn’t make up for the cold food and slow service.)

Service was great, went in on a Sunday night. Place was clean, not many people at the time, & food came out timely. My only complaint is the food wasn't the best tasting. I normally go to bdubs down hull street in midlo area and food is much better. Most of the wings had too much sauce and were very spicy even though mild or honey bbq was ordered. Not a bad experience though overall.
