Tired mom here. I walked in and the server clearly recognized my exhaustion lol. She treated me with such kindness you would have thought we were old friends. Thanks so much CAVA. 10 out of 10.
Dani the assistant manager made my night tonight! Upon coming in, she was still working on my order when I stated who I was picking up for. She courteously already had my drink pulled and filled and also tossed in a free bag of pita chips! It's not everyday you get kindness and gifts. This manager and the rest of her staff that night are all A+ star players! Thank you!
I ordered a chicken bowl from CAVA, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly.
But I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Donte! His customer service was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and made my experience even better. Great customer service can really make a difference, and Donte definitely deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you for the great food and even better...
