The biggest downside is the traffic surrounding these restaurants. I'm surprised no one has been hurt. If you want to find in it's usually getting past a gamut of impatient drive thru customers. I like the food and service is great but I've chosen elsewhere many times because of the traffic that you have to get through especially with a couple of young kids. I hope this reaches someone important @chick-fil-a. We visited on 5/15 for dinner around 8:30pm. Everyone looked like they were having a wonderful time, and the drive through lady was very kind, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she asked how I evening was. First time at this location I decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat before work...before I could grab a seat my food was on the counter fast service friendly staff no wait time fresh food at an affordable price what more could I ask for..im never disappointed when it comes to chic fil a no matter what location I decide to visit I always leave satisfied thanks chic fil a!!! I will be back
