Seems to be a lot of construction around this chick-fil-a. And it's very confusing on how to do the drive-thru. There's the original drive-thru, you drive up order and pay. Then there's a new mobile drive-thru for mobile orders paid for and you just pick up your food. It's very tight in there they rerouted traffic basically through the shopping center parking lot. So heads up when you drive in.
The biggest downside is the traffic surrounding these restaurants. I'm surprised no one has been hurt. If you want to find in it's usually getting past a gamut of impatient drive thru customers. I like the food and service is great but I've chosen elsewhere many times because of the traffic that you have to get through especially with a couple of young kids. I think this has been the same at every chick-fil-a, I'm sure too much traffic is a good problem to...
I hope this reaches someone important @chick-fil-a. We visited on 5/15 for dinner around 8:30pm. Everyone looked like they were having a wonderful time, and the drive through lady was very kind, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she asked how I evening was.
