I came to see what all the fuss was about. Managing staff was on top of it… gotta give mad props to the woman overseeing the orders between the kitchen and the front during lunch rush. Girl was like a damn army general on fire!!!

As far as the chicken salad… I felt like $10 for a scoop of chicken salad was a bit much with how much you actually get. Granted it does come with a side and some little crackers with a small cookie but I came for the chicken salad...

Chicken salad chick has done it again. Live laugh love. They always do their big one. There’s nothing quite like having a loud borderline inappropriate conversation inside a CSC (chicken salad chick). Huge shout out to the girl who ran out of the restaurant to bring my glasses when I left them on the table.

Disappointed. We've been to a few locations, and my daughter worked at the Christiansburg location while going to VT. We're familiar with the service and food. Our Richmond Westpark lunch today did not measure up. We did get the correct orders for 4. But the amount of chicken salad was so minimal we were surprised. Service was unorganized and slow. A mediocre, nothing special experience. Do not recommend this location.
