Not sure if this store is under new management but the new staff there is horrible in terms of portions. The last two times I went there I had to tell them to put a full spoon of rice/ protein in my bowl. Absolutely ridiculous to charge almost $10 and try to give half portions.

I stood in line for 5 minutes with no one in front of me, waiting to be served. The employees walked by, ignored us, & continued to chat to one another.Worst customer service possible.We never got served. We left.If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Horrible service, no forks available at all... If you run out of forks, send a runner to get more from the store?!? Common sense is wasted on these workers. Food was cold by the time I got around to eating it. Waste of time and money!!

Out of a bunch of stuff but still skimping on portions, cold, chewy (and chunky) rice, cold chicken, left chips we paid for out of bag, cold grainy queso, and the man making the bowls lied to the guy in front of me that they were out of black beans for the day and then suddenly someone else brought them and set them down. I recommend the Chipotle near the Target on Staples Mill / Aldi on Parham. I really wished I'd just saved money and made Ramen. Oops.
Ate lunch here today and observed the man who made my food walk into the storage room and grab napkins while wearing gloves, walk into the women's bathroom to restock napkins, walk back out and to the register where the food is with the same gloves on. I'm hoping he changed them out of sight but it still was not sanitary. Food tasted fine like normal but my stomach is paying for it

Please tell me a story that explains how 5+ people are waiting for mobile orders to be fulfilled, but walkup customers are immediately served with no wait.At least offer to let us walk through the line and get our orders fulfilled.Why have mobile ordering if you are going to treat them like second class customers?
