Horrible service, no forks available at all... If you run out of forks, send a runner to get more from the store?!? Common sense is wasted on these workers. Food was cold by the time I got around to eating it. Waste of time and money!!
Out of a bunch of stuff but still skimping on portions, cold, chewy (and chunky) rice, cold chicken, left chips we paid for out of bag, cold grainy queso, and the man making the bowls lied to the guy in front of me that they were out of black beans for the day and then suddenly someone else brought them and set them down. I recommend the Chipotle near the Target on Staples Mill / Aldi on Parham. I really wished I'd just saved money and made Ramen. Oops.

I stood in line for 5 minutes with no one in front of me, waiting to be served. The employees walked by, ignored us, & continued to chat to one another.Worst customer service possible.We never got served. We left.If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
