Barely filled the bowl.. no idea why so stingy for a full paid meal! Staff was not polite.. and counter was filthy. Definitely not a regular Chipotle experience!

I don't know what is going on with Chipotle right now but it appears their hell-bent on going out of business. We ordered takeout for a family of five and the order was so atrocious that we were considering taking it back. There was a fraction of food that was left in the bowls. Bowels were put in the bag upside down and completely ruined. It would be laughable if it wasn't so much money and a complete inconvenience. We reached out to customer service and the response we got was horrific. They apologize and offer us a buy one get one deal after completely ruining our dinner. There is just no way that they would have tried to give us this food if we would have been dining in.

Terrible! I hate when workers look/expect a tip when it's not earned. I hadn't been here in a while but was a regular a couple years ago, at least once a week. Today I was not greated, rushed with no one behind me. The Sofritas was off, lettuce wilted, soggy bowl, guacamole was brown, so I passed and the kicker was the vinegaret. I was way to sweet and not enough vinager. Terrible. Will not come back until you have better staff.

Got a mobile order. Chicken bowl. Got home and there was no chicken in it. Called the store and they gave me customer care number. Called it and they gave me a free entree which doesn’t negate what I had to go through.Now I have to waste gas and come back to get the correct order. Most of the time this place is ok but this wasn’t good.

Worst Chipotle on the planet. Staff is unwelcoming and unfriendly. Food prep area constantly looks disorganized and unkempt. Seating area is dirty. And food made me sick. All while prices have skyrocketed to unreasonable levels. Radical changes required to bring this restaurant up to basic standards.

I like chipotle but don't like this chipotle. I prefer to go to shortpump chipotle even though this is near to my home. They service is rude. Always they will be out either corner veggies or beans .

Absolutely worst management ever. Huge fan of Chipotle and all other locations. This particular spot is not only terrible food but it’s the WORST service ever. You’ll wait forever whether you come in person or order online. Shame on me for giving them so many second chances. I’ll never come back to this particular location and I highly recommend you don’t either. Try the one on Broad Street. They are amazing.

I have been a regular at Chipotle and this location is by far the worst I have experienced. Most of the time they have stale food and staff are rude and unprofessional. Avoid going there and would have given zero star!

The server was not friendly at all! My food was COLD when I got back to my hotel room. I had to heat it up in the microwave. This did not help because the rice was gritty! Terrible experience and a waste of $12.

Had the most amazingly horrible experience today which is pretty typical for this location. I came in about 30-45 min after opening and this young girl was trying to pay with cash so the cashier said she'd have to wait while he counts a register then proceeds to sit down and say under his breath that she'd have to wait an hour. I've been standing first in line at this point for about 5-10 min with no help and no manager in sight...I then also had to wait while he counted the register even though I paid with card. My food just sitting there the whole time getting cold. The workers are miserable and take it out on you, awful service. No one apologized once or let us know what the eta was. The location is so convenient but the place itself is one of the worst run chipotles I've seen.
