This Chipotle has great customer service! I've been to this particular one quite a few times & the staff is always great! Tonight especially every team member was super helpful & friendly & seemed to flow well together! I wish I got their names so that I could shout them out. Highly recommend this specific Chipotle in the area! 10/10 customer service!

Shante was so nice ! Line full of people and she handled everyone so efficiently , never rushed anyone and made both my bowls perfectly .
Even when 3 people were waiting, she had such a humility about hers
Very refreshing!
I actually live in short pump , and this is my preferred location because of reasons like this .

The one in short pump town center - is just not putting the customer first mentality. And the one on Nuckols and broad.

The service was so great ! I asked the lady who made my food was there a manager available that I could compliment her to ... and come to find out she was the manager
So sweet
So professional just a breathe of fresh air

Her name was Rachel
