Our experience at Chuy’s started off rough due to the front door staff being rude and unwelcoming—we weren’t greeted or acknowledged when we walked in, which was disappointing. However, everything completely changed once we were seated and met our server, Kiera.

I've been in several chuy's locations in TX and CO before and was visiting Richmond so I stopped here for lunch. I got seated quickly and it was such a cool, clean and well maintained place. Chips and salsa were great. Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere and decor were amazing, but really what made it five stars was the wonderful server who was such a ball of light and happy energy. Will definitely be coming back!
