We tried Cook Out in Glen Allen for the first time, and overall it was a good experience. The service was great — everyone was helpful and made the visit enjoyable. The food was good, although I was honestly expecting it to be a little better, but the service really made up for it and made the experience great. Definitely a place worth trying.
Recently visited this location and was helped by Michelle. She was absolutely wonderful. I had ordered some Cajun fries that came out with no seasoning. Upon showing her, she was quick and happy to fix it. She did not stop moving while we were there, once all the customers were helped in line, she immediately started cleaning up the place. She is a hard worker and her service was definitely appreciated!
I went here on January 14th around 1:30, and I have to say for them being short staffed and only having a couple people working the lady running the front register did a phenomenal job not only in the service that was given but in the time frame that everything was received up into including maintaining professional manner well people were being disrespectful regarding the time and everything else. I did not manage to get this person's name however they deserve all the recognition...
