We have been to a LOT of cookouts throughout the south, and this is HANDS DOWN, the BEST cookout we have ever been to. They are the most polite and professional workers. The food matched the same experience. This is the best cookout experience, period. If we could give a fast food restaurant a Michelin star, this place deserves 3 (out of 3) ⭐⭐⭐
We tried Cook Out in Glen Allen for the first time, and overall it was a good experience. The service was great — everyone was helpful and made the visit enjoyable. The food was good, although I was honestly expecting it to be a little better, but the service really made up for it and made the experience great. Definitely a place worth trying.
Recently visited this location and was helped by Michelle. She was absolutely wonderful. I had ordered some Cajun fries that came out with no seasoning. Upon showing her, she was quick and happy to fix it. She did not stop moving while we were there, once all the customers were helped in line, she immediately started cleaning up the place. She is a hard worker and her service was definitely appreciated!
