The food is good and the service is good. The coffee stood out for me also, as someone who strongly dislikes what Wawa and Starbucks churn out. Really my only complaint is that there is some kind of heavy industrial equipment running noisily in the background. Not sure if it's just the HVAC systems being placed poorly or what. Whenever it shuts off it's a huge relief, but it cycles constantly. Other than that I always enjoy eating here.

Warning to all business and Franchisee owners a good or bad review can destroy your business. This a “wanna-be” bakery same franchised experience as a Panera. Quite the opposite of a bakery. My bacon egg & cheese croissant appears delicious just seemed like it had stale precooked bacon, powdered eggs, and dry cheese on it. The entire sandwich lacked freshness with a weird after-taste. Just because you have money to start a franchise you need to hire qualified breakfast cooks or a certified chef to ensure quality control. I see why the parking lot and restaurant is empty in Innsbrook an affluent area. You most likely getting customers for the first time, but most likely they won’t be back and are telling others not to come like me. For a $12.39 Croissant breakfast sandwich including tip I thought I’d have a Better sandwich. Won’t eat here again, I’m done and the network of my referrals. If you really want real business ideas and practices contact me, then maybe I will remove this review. I just overheard another disappointed customer sitting near me about a remake on something and he declined as if saying I won’t be back, fix this or you are out of business wasting millions of dollars. I really enjoyed my visit here. The pastries were fresh, and everything I tried was flavorful and well-made. The pancakes and bacon were especially good! The staff members were friendly, and the atmosphere was charming. My only wish is that they had a wider variety of cakes to choose from. Overall, a great spot for baked goods and breakfast but I’d love to see more cake options in the future!

I have been going to this corner bakery for many months now. I have always ordered the tuna sandwich, cos we simply love it. I have always requested the sandwich to be sliced into 4 portions. The drive thru staff has always obliged without hesitation. However, today, October 22, 2024, at about 3:30pm, the gentleman manning the drive thru counter insisted it cannot be cut into 4 portions. In his words, the GM will not allow it. I had no choice but to leave with the tuna sandwich sliced in half. I left feeling very disappointed and hence just 3 stars for the service rendered.

The food was bland but what really bothered me was my garlic bread came out doughy, and when i asked for a different piece they brought me a burnt piece, and gave no apology for their mistake either, they were also rude after i brought up the undercooked bread as well. i’m not expecting you to comp anything but the east you could do is bring me a normal piece of garlic bread that’s not under or over cooked.

Clean establishment, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. I ordered the Garden Gate Scrambler with chicken sausage, potatoes, and a side of pancakes. Everything was delicious and seasoned to perfection!!! I normally have to add something when I order from other places, whether a dash of salt/pepper or something else but didn’t have to do that this time. Portion size is more than enough and the syrup they provided was light and paired well with the pancakes. I’m a 100% maple syrup girl so what they gave fit the bill. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

I usually hit the drive thru for a BBLT (not a typo. Bacon Bacon, Lettuce, & Tomato) and a lemonade. Last time I also ordered some Tomato Basil soup which is excellent, by the way.
