The Costco food court delivers unbeatable prices and exactly the food you expect, but the experience at this location now feels like a small test of patience and intuition. You order at a kiosk, then join a second line to get your food—simple in theory, less so in practice. Especially since every other Costco calls out order numbers. Add in the fact that one person was handling both orders and food prep, and the line came to a complete standstill with no one available to explain where to wait. At the very least add tape on the ground forming the line where you want people to stand!

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza for my fiancés classroom’s pizza party. They got my order wrong by giving me two pepperoni pizzas, which was disappointing because two children can’t eat pork. They would also only give me 5 plates for two pizzas (I needed 8)…. and the serviceman taking my order was very rude. I normally have such good experiences, but this was a disappointment on such a special day for the kids

Very rude employees here. I had my godson with me and he wanted to use cash to pay for his food and they wouldn’t even acknowledge him finally, when I went up with him they just looked at us and said you’re gonna have to wait when he had been waiting for Well over five or six minutes for anyone to acknowledge him. This is not how you’re supposed to talk to customers let alone people that pay to be there. Also, they have some sort of new rule where you have to wait in line as they are not gonna call out your number for your food. It’s just improperly ran and a poor managed to Costco

Costco Food Court Review – Management Needs to Wake Up
During my last visit to this Costco food court, I dealt with one of the rudest attendants I’ve ever encountered at any Costco. She is a younger African American woman, never wearing a name tag, and she’s become a recurring complaint among members.
When I politely asked what number she called, she mumbled it so quietly it couldn’t be heard over the warehouse noise. When I asked her to repeat it, she turned outright rude and dismissive. That is not customer service—it’s contempt for the members who pay to be here.
I work in customer service myself, and if I treated a customer with that kind of attitude, I’d be out the door. No excuses. Members don’t come here for attitude; they come for value and service.
This isn’t the first time. On past visits, I’ve overheard other members complaining about her as well. The fact that it continues tells me management is either unaware or unwilling to deal with it. Both are unacceptable.
If Costco wants to maintain its reputation, this must be corrected immediately. Midlothian Costco runs circles around this location in professionalism and member focus. If this store doesn’t fix the problem, members like myself will simply avoid it.

Waited an hour for pizza and noticed nobody had been making pizza for at least 25 minutes. When I asked, they said it would be another 30-40 minutes. The manager politely refunded my money, but the family was hungry and angry. Good value when they have enough staff to manage the operation.

Food is good but management is bad. I was in the front of the counter and this lady was yelling at her staff right in front of everyone. I feel bad for the employees that work in food court. Please be nicer to your staff. Good food and good price though

Please be kind to the staff, and place large orders early. The prices are incredible, but the staff are priceless.

It appears the food staff is very stressed out. Could use an extra hand during the busy food times for sure. Some of a staff are barking out instructions to customers and frustrated by questions customer are asking. Watched multiple customers frustrated by the lack of customer service skills. Yes, customers are nasty too. Just get the impression the staff needs an extra hand may help their attitude with customers.
