Okay, it is a buffet, and GC has been around for decades. Yes, not everything is perfect, but you can find great-tasting food that will make it worth the money spent. Yes, the chocolate fountain thing was an unsanitary disaster, but it is gone now. In fact, I believe that GC strives for the best sanitary practices they can for a buffet, and do quite well. The variety is good, too, and it's best to go mid-afternoon when there's no crowd, which is something you can't...

The foods okay. The fruit is never ripe. The strawberries are usually not ready to eat. The melons are usually rotten. The oranges are good. The Bananas are usually never ripe.
The pancakes are bland, and the bacon tasted weird.
The French toast is good. The sausage is good. Most of the time the fried chicken is good. The coffee is ok. Mostly everything else was fine.

The restaurant is very clean and their food was nice and fresh. Also our server Lulu did a very good job keeping up with our table for drinks and making sure that the table stayed clear and that we had everything we needed. She is clearly a very hard worker and did an amazing job especially with how busy the restaurant was! Thank you Lulu ❤️
