“We love IHOP but we just left the Kingsport location at 10:15p.m. along with 6 other waiting customers as the waitress and cook and all employees had walked out of the 24/7 location. They weren't even there when we arrived. Doors unlocked, everything on. We were told by other customers at their table that the waitress would be right back, she had to run an errand. The restaurant literally has no one responsible for it right now. We were looking forward to eating there but unfortunately, this is obviously very unprofessional. The restaurant wasn't full, only 2 couples eating. One couple was literally getting their own drinks. What has happened to what was once my favorite place?“
“I had the chicken fajita omelet with hashbrowns this morning. The omelet was great - huge portion, plenty of the chicken and fajita fixings. The only thing that dropped the food to 4 stars was that the hashbrowns were a little greasy. Service was punctual and friendly.“
