The crew here is consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. I ordered a couple sandwiches recently and when I got the bag (freaky fast) I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. They not only read my reaction but fixed it for me, on the spot at no extra charge even though it was completely my fault. That is S Tier service right there!
I 💙 to post if I see exceptional customer service. It's 810pm Wednesday and Im exhausted from work and the politeness of the gentlemen in this store is wow. Great place! The food is always good and the staff is fast and professional. For delivery drivers using Uber Eats or DoorDash, this is definitely the best Jimmy John's in Richmond. Orders are usually ready on time and pickup is quick and easy. Makes deliveries smooth. Highly recommend!
