Go early because it's a popular place. The chix tenders are home dressed and the coating is good. Collards are excellent and sweet potato fries nice. The dipping sauces need some thickening but good flavor. No room for dessert but we heard they are amazing!

If you can’t find something to eat here than you must not be hungry. Comfort food is their specialty. Think southern grandma meals and it will probably be on the menu. Our table mixed it up with cheeseburgers, spaghetti, flounder sandwich and eggs Benedict! Everyone’s menu was delicious. I had the eggs Benedict with a side of home fries. The hollandaise sauce was creamy and thick coating the eggs and bread in that classic flavor. The home fries, wow, red potatoes...

What a cute local gem! Amber was such a sweet server and made us feel so welcome. The oyster po’ boy was AWESOME, especially with the potato salad. The chicken salad sandwich was also delicious!

We also got the brisket tater tots with no sugar, and they were absolutely outstanding. Everything had that homemade, “grandma’s in the kitchen” feel that you just can’t beat.plus supports a good cause.
