The bartender does not work behind the bar. It is dead but the bar is full of trash and I can't get a refill for the life of me!They are using the pandemic as an excuse to save on food costs. First time in my life I ever received a filet that I couldn't cut through because of gristle, they aren't including bread even though I specifically requested it. The salad was brown and had barely any toppings. People working not wearing PPE during a pandemic.Edit: this was on a free meal because the first time I went the food wasn't right and they forgot stuff.

Okay, I’m biased because I love longhorn. It’s always delicious! But our waitress was Laurie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was SO exceptionally nice!!! The sweetest, we really enjoyed her and she made sure she checked on us plenty of times. Make sure y’all keep her forever! She is awesome, seriously.

Very disappointed in my food tonight. I usually have good experiences at Longhorn Steakhouse, and I've been to a lot of them around the US. But here in Richmond Virginia wasn't a good experience at all. I guess they don't know what a medium steak is supposed to look like. I got a well done piece of shoe leather. So disappointed, and a waste of a good piece of meat. I think the Outlaw Ribeye is there biggest steak and most expensive one, and mine wasn't even edible. Such a waste.

We had to send a steak back 3 times and it still wasn't right. Server rarely checked on us, and the manager had to refill our drinks. No real apology was made for the experience. Very disappointing.

They can't "COOK" steak. Ordered a 9 oz filet medium well. It was closer to medium maybe. Almost 60 dollars and it was so so . Waitress was good. Not her fault. Glad it was a female not a pansy that wants to take a ladies job and live in moms basement ? .
