Short Pump Location. Family favorite. Favorite dish is the parmesan crusted chicken. Mom of a child with nuts and eggs allergies and our server and kitchen made sure to prevent cross contamination. The strawberry cheesecake delicious and is huge so it's best to share it with your table 😉🍰 Be sure to call ahead or go online to be added to the waitlist. Helps to prevent longer wait time at the restaurant.
Had an underwhelming experience. Went to the West Broad Longhorn last weekend with the family. We all ordered steak- 2 filets, 2 ribeyes, and a kids steak. Daughters filet was undercooked, rare instead instead of medium rare - raw and cold in middle. Sent it back, came back way later charred on the outside but ok on inside. Had to cut the outside off to eat it. My “ribeye” didn’t look like a ribeye, believe they sent out a NY strip. Asked server and sent back and they looked...
I placed a pickup order from this steakhouse a couple of weeks ago. It took a little longer than expected, but the service was excellent and definitely worth the wait. They even called me to let me know they were out of one of the items I ordered and helped me substitute something else, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer service really goes above and beyond.
