Visited this location this morning (11/24/24) ... the drive thru was packed, so I decided to go inside. When I got inside they were busy as well and went to place my order at the kiosk. I wanted to make a change to my burrito but couldn't so placed order with an associate. She said she would just tell the back no cheese on the burritos. I went ahead and paid and then another worker comes up and advises that it's a pre-made and can't be altered. I advised the associate...

Its a franchise you've been one to McDonald's you've been to them not a bad thing. Its consistent. The only difference is the service. They have good service. Prompt and the food was ready quickly.
