“I'm honestly surprised I haven't reviewed this place before. In my humble opinion, this is the best French restaurant in the whole city. The staff are impeccably kind and attentive, the food selection is great, and the drinks are to die for. The staff treats you like family, and it really makes for an inviting time. The space is also very warm and comforting, which I truly appreciate.Definitely a place you should go for a nice date with someone, or to just have a good dinner and a warm and welcoming space.“

“We had the Goulash tonight and the spinach pie for appetizer. The food was wonderful and authentic as we love! The bread was so fresh and fluffy like a pillow! I had to take some home because it’s the best bread I have had since I moved here from NYC! My husband is Croatian the neighboring country of Bosnia and we were so happy to find they also have a market next door that carry all the international treats from their homeland and many European treats, meats, pasta, cheeses as well as pate and canned sardines from the Adriatic Sea!!! We will be regulars at these comforting hidden gems in our community! Please visit and you will be pleased with the cuisine! They also have Gyros which we will have to try as well as the lamb chops next visit!!“

“Great find! The shareables are so good and a nice way to try things without getting a lot, but with several at a table you get plenty to eat. Food was great, tomato soup and grilled cheese was best I've had. Truffle devil eggs. Wow! Wattress was attentive, told us about different foods. Woll be back!“

“Food was delicious, we had the deep fried rabbit for two, the coating was outstanding, accompanied by spatzel and collards, both very good. Our favorites were the savory meatball, that sauce is so tasty, they should consider either adding another meatball or making it bigger! The desserts were also a standout, the chocolate pot du creme and the pecorino cake were fantastic.“
“When I travel for business I’m never sure where I will end up to eat. Park Tavern was a great find. In addition to the standard bar faire, they have a great entree menu of various Western European style dishes from Shepherds Pie to schnitzel to fish n chips, and my favorite was the London Broil. There is a great assortment of beers on tap from several countries and a great whiskey bar.Prices will be higher than regular bar food, but the atmosphere and quality of food makes the added cost worth it. Barkeep Sarah became my best friend for the two nights I was in Virginia.Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping district. There is 2 hour parking on the street and an unlimited free public parking garage one block from the location“
