This is no longer a Peter changs and it’s now called lius kitchen. Google Maps needs to be updated. But see pictures, it’s the same exact menu and food was delicious. Also came out quicker than I previously remembered. I will say we went on a Thursday night and it wasn’t very crowded so maybe that’s why. I thought it was a great modern take on Malaysian Chinese cuisine. Loved the unique dishes. Probably a great icon of Richmond food and one of the better takes on modern asian cuisine in Virginia.

It was well decorated and service was good. Recommend ordering the fish and the scallion roti pancake (my personal favorite!)

B3st Chinese in RVA. Period.
But...Styrofoam takeout containers? really? Not merely environmentally irresponsible, but also impractical. You have to use your own dishes for reheating, which significantly detracts from the benefits of ordering out. Get with the program, and start using corn-based containers! Styrofoam is horrible!
