Once we arrived. I noticed that the chairs had been pleasantly updated since our last visit.
We ordered the Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles(Chicken & Peanuts) and
Scallion Bubble Pancake to start. The flavor for both was fantastic.

I haven't been to Peter Changs since moving to Richmond from Williamsburg. When I lived in Williamsburg Peter Changs went from being stellar to so-so. We went today and I have to say things really haven't changed much.

Nice place to eat but the food has become inconsistent compared to what it used to be. Some of the changes that have been made are not good. The spicy dishes are no longer spicy and lack flavor. I'm not sure what has happened but the owner needs to go back to providing it's customers with what the described dish on the menu says it is. If it says spicy on the menu then the dish that is served to you should be what you ordered. Other than that, a great place to eat once...
