Overall, the ambience is lovely; the space is beautiful, clean, and very accommodating for large groups. I also found the service to be quite good.

However, I felt the food was inconsistent, with some dishes being much better than others. Given the higher price point compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area, the quality did not quite meet my expectations for the value.

I was in town visiting and found this place. I ordered a margarita, but did not get it on the rocks as I requested. However, the drink looked really good so I kept it. The margarita was just as good as it looked, sadly that was the best part of the meal. 😕

My family and I have been coming to this Plaza Azteca since it was first opened. It used to be a Chop House restaurant years ago at Virginia Center. This restaurant is always clean, always has great service, always has delicious food. We always get so much food. It's a great value for small or large groups.
