Everyone is entitled to work but not everyone is fit for the job they're assigned. Received 6 TINY rock hard boneless wings in a case to fit a 12 piece, 2 dried out spicy breasts and 1 ok wing, 2 stale apple pies and didn't receive 2 orders of fries. Drove to the house just to be disappointed!
Drove back to exchange the 6 piece and get our fries........Received over cooked fries that my wife gave back immediately on the spot and received better freshly cooked fries. The cook told my wife he was giving her an extra boneless wing for the inconvenience 😂. We drove home to eat only for her to bite into UNDERCOOKED wings this time. We just gave up and called it a night.... Should've gone to the Brook Rd location but we were just driving in from NYC and starving and just had to say I wanted POOPEYES. LOL POOP

I left a lot out of this story btw.

This location is SLOW AS MOLASSES! Why am I sitting in the drive thru for 15min and haven’t ordered yet🤷🏽‍♀️. 7 mins per car….management what are you doing about this??

Not sure what's up with this location but we have gone through the drive thru where they never respond to the call window probably around 4 or 5 times now. Like you can sit there for five minutes and even if you say something like hello there is nothing. You can drive up and see them inside and we even just ordered at the serving window once and they told us their headset was off. Not sure why they do this

Manager complained about cleaning up sum mashed potatoes cuz my kid accidentally droped his bowl... Isnt it ur job to clean the restaurant so y complain it was an accident from a child atleast it wasnt a drink this time.... Dang... 😳

Today my boyfriend and I came in for a lunch break from doing some part time. This is my first time ever having popeyes and it was amazing. The food was just off the wall amazing and the people who served us were truly so nice. We will definitely be back! 🥰

The staff at this location are always friendly and pleasant. They are way better than the staff at the south laburnum location
