The creamy custard ice cream is great. The service is very underwhelming not customer friendly at all. Sort of felt as if I was in the wrong neighborhood

Great portions, delicious custard and ice, friendly staff.

Editing my review to say that there is a new point system that's a bit different from the old system. I had a little hiccup during my visit with the new system today that left me feeling a little disappointed. But the staff were quick to offer a solution that went above and beyond what I felt I had missed out on, and I greatly appreciate the gesture. It would not have stopped me from continuing to visit when I can, or telling others about how much I enjoy the establishment, and I will continue to do so. Thank you!

They were so generous on the portions. They didn’t scrounge on the brownie at all and it was just like really great service. Fast service taste amazing would recommend.

Frozen custard is amazing. The blue raspberry had zero flavor. I have had regular custard and the Rocket. Their Italian ice is flavorless.

Yes!!!!!!! They are now open at both locations! They have a new reward loyalty program ask about it! We got the Oreo Rockslide and the Famous Ray’s Rocket Mango— one of the best flavors.
