Ray’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Burrito asks, could I love a place more? Probably not. Flipping awesome on a hot day! Dumpling says good quality deliciousness that is consistently good all the time 😍😍😍. We have long loved Ray’s as a local fav. This summer’s gem is the cotton candy ice. We like it layered with custard. Midnight craving is also a must. IYKYK.

This place is amazing. Nothing is more refreshing than grabbing this while walking around and finding a nice spot to enjoy it.

Customer service was excellent for my first visit. I had a lot of questions and received friendly responses. The Ice Cream was Delicious, I ordered the brownie caramel and something else delicious ingredient vanilla ice cream. I had that moment where I closed my eyes and got taken away. Yes, I will go back.

Went there with my family and the owner or person who attended us was rude. The Ice cream was great! But the service was awful and we were a lot of people! So a decent amount was spent there. We have gone there before and it wasn’t like that. My family came from out of town. So for them to have had to experience this, was not a good thing. It’s disappointing to know that as a costumer you are paying for a product and the service and you’re not being valued as a customer!

Classic. Love coming here with the family and walking around. Top tier soft served ice cream.

The creamy custard ice cream is great. The service is very underwhelming not customer friendly at all. Sort of felt as if I was in the wrong neighborhood

Great portions, delicious custard and ice, friendly staff.

Editing my review to say that there is a new point system that's a bit different from the old system. I had a little hiccup during my visit with the new system today that left me feeling a little disappointed. But the staff were quick to offer a solution that went above and beyond what I felt I had missed out on, and I greatly appreciate the gesture. It would not have stopped me from continuing to visit when I can, or telling others about how much I enjoy the establishment, and I will continue to do so. Thank you!
