Out and about doing errands in Richmond after my monthly massage appointment at Massage Envy.
Found this gem, Sea by Thai in Richmond. I was hungry for curry chicken, but the minced chicken basil with fried egg also looked good — so I got both. Didn't realize how big the portions would be! $16 for the minced chicken basil w/fried egg and $11 for the lunch chicken curry. Great prices.
They also have whole fried Branzino that I'll have to try...

Food is excellent here at sea by thai & it doesn't get any closer or better to my Thai grandmother's cooking than this 🙏🇹🇭.... If you want authentic Thai food, I highly recommend this place

I got Four of us (Chicken, shrimp, squid, mussels, onion, scallion, egg, and curry sauce). A little spicy but very flavorful. Fresh ingredients. Perfect with white rice. Chicken and shrimp with glass noodle was great as well. A little dry and under seasoned for me. Thai ice tea was really sweet and in a small glass.
The staff were nice. Bathroom...
