“Applebee’s Glen Allen location, at 9601 W Broad Street, is a great place to relax, savor large portions of delicious food and take pleasure in the amazing customer service consistently provided there.
We’ve been going there weekly for a couple of years now, and we love it!
Today’s Father’s Day visit was no exception. Michael B. was excellent! He not only tended the bar; he also served tables efficiently, professionally, and amiably. Kudos as well to the entire staff, as I have never received less than great service from anyone there. Thanks to other team members Emily T, Heather, Austin K, Tiffany, Katrina, and Christine. I apologize if I’ve left anyone out. Truthfully, you’re all terrific.

“I am rating this solely on the perspective of a kids birthday party. My kid said it was the best one she has done. The manager that helped us and the server were both great. I haven’t enjoyed the food in the past so I was very surprised and pleased in the quality and quantity that was provided. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the room was a great setup. Manager prior was responsive to all my questions. Would absolutely do this again.“

“My husband and I just ate here for the first time this evening and it was amazing. I had the taco salad with chicken and it’s one of the best salads I’ve ever had. My husband really enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger and tater tots. The portions are huge, neither one of us could finish. Everyone needs to come eat here. I need this place to succeed. I’m already planning my next trip back.“

“Our food was great! Our waitress, I think her name was Shannon, she tried her best, and did a good job in my eyes. My ex husband food got messed up x2 back to back. He was hot about that because the rest of the family were already eating. He ordered dry rub grilled and they brought out fried wings x2. 😆 My daughter was almost on the floor laughing. Then we got charged for an extra meal on our check out ticket. It was corrected almost 15 minutes later.“

“(Music playing ??????? )GET READY, GET READY, GET READY!!!TIme to PUT ON YOUR DANCING SHOES!!!????????????????HUDDLE UP Sports Bar and Grill has a magnificent dance hall spot in the small town of Ashland, VA!Their recent All White Prom for all event featured the " EN NOVATION Band"!I must say, they put on an outstanding show with music for all ages and cultures!There was a range of people for 21 to 85 in the place and everyone was having a great time!The venue is large enough to hold what seems like about 350 to 400 ppl!I didn't have anything to eat there, but the drinks were priced well!The bathroom area needed a little work to make them more functional, but other than that, I'd highly recommended it for a place to dance your night away!“

“I've been there twice recently (November 2022)since they changed owners. Unfortunately , I will not be back. The first time...I ordered a cheese steak sub. It was awful, it taste like salt. It was also missing all the toppings I had ordered. The sub roll they now use is so thick it's way too much bread. They use to have a thinner roll and made the bread toasty. Its nothing like before. I thought I would give them one more try since they are close to me. I ordered fried oysters. They were well... just ok, I wouldn't want them again.“

“Kreffers is a nice place! Maddie was such a cool waitress! Highly recommend her if you come by. Had gator bites (ok), Mac Daddy chicken sandwich (nice!), Jerk chicken cheesesteak (excellent with ranch) and mushroom burger over lettuce (just right). Topped it all off with the pumpkin pie cheesecake (heavenly).“

“Only by chance, car issues, did I have a chance to visit this bar. I went in with my daughter, everyone there was laid back down to earth kinda people. Several asked if my daughter and I were ok, and while waiting for a tow, we had a few drinks, and some food....great food, delicious mixed drinks, and again the other customers and staff were kind and freaking amazing! Great place for a chill visit!“
“Best bar and kitchen staff in the city. It is smoking but the bar is kept immaculate due to great management and staff. Security is friendly and welcoming. The bartenders Jenna, Stephanie, Savannah, Ed, Andi, and Ashley are the best in the business. If you want a relaxed environment with a fun vibe hit up this local spot for delicious food and great entertainment. Thank me later.“

“Went on a Sunday afternoon with a few girl friends. It was a small crowd. The bare tender had excellent customer service and the drinks were great. But THOSE WINGS…the honey old bay & the crown royal made us want to tip the chef. I would recommend for a Sunday afternoon.“

“It's been a rocky road for this location. It's been good and bad through the years. Been coming here for 20+ years. Right now think they are on an up swing. We have dinner there every Wednesday before our bowling league. Now with 1/2 price seafood on Sundays, that's a pretty good deal, especially with there steamed shrimp. Food is good, its not a Michelin 5star restaurant, but its pretty solid. Lots of tvs and seating. Good little bar area. Staff is very friendly and at least 1 that I know was in there calendar. They are going through a management change, so thinking they are trying to up there game.“

“Just placed a to-go order and the restaurant is not even at the west broad location. Note, the hours are posted and you’re still able to access their menu and purchase food. I definitely need my money back!
Update:
Owner called me and apologized for the misunderstanding. Apparently they were at the location but nobody was at the front desk to notify them. Food was delicious.“

“Anniversary lunch and cocktails on the rooftop was very cozy and fun! Shaded so the sun isn’t baring down you. Outdoor sofas made for a nice a intimate space for the husband and I!“
