“Lookie here, as a parent of a unique abilities child, raising 2 pretweens its not often I get a treat to myself let alone a gift card of appreciation. You can imagine my excitement when I realized I could order from home and have my yummies picked up.
When the food got here, the rice was so hard it was crunchy, and the chicken was dryer than week old sweat socks standing up in a corner!
There are times calling back with understanding and compassion that mistakes can happen, cooks get tired, and restaurant employees really do be trying their best goes a long way. Not only did the manager apologize we had a good giggle over that crunchy rice, and he asked me to come on back and get a fresh plate.
THATS WHAT U CALL SERVICE!!!
Mr. Jerry handled his business and I'm so glad I treated him and staff with the respect they deserve.

“We came here to celebrate my nephews birthday and had the joy of having Jess as our server. She was kind, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. My daughter has a severe allergy and she took the time and care to partner with the manager and help provide a meal that was safe for my daughter to eat!“

“My husband and I just ate here for the first time this evening and it was amazing. I had the taco salad with chicken and it’s one of the best salads I’ve ever had. My husband really enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger and tater tots. The portions are huge, neither one of us could finish. Everyone needs to come eat here. I need this place to succeed. I’m already planning my next trip back.“
“The atmosphere is great and people are very friendly and pleasant. There's plenty of tvs to watch the sporting events. They are accommodating to your needs. Also good food and drinks. I had the 2 pork chops with fried shrimps, mash potatoes with gravy, and corn on the cob. Also carrot cake and strawberry cheese cake which are my favorite. I took those to go because I was full from the portions from the meal they gave me. You must stop by when in the area.“

“Great expirence over all, they advertised several beers on tap, but when we went, several were unavailable. However, the bar staff were quick to make recommendations for other similar beers. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful to guests (even the ones who had a little too much to drink). The food was great, and we ended up spending hours here and a little over $100. I will recommend it to friends and I plan to come here again.“

“(Music playing ??????? )GET READY, GET READY, GET READY!!!TIme to PUT ON YOUR DANCING SHOES!!!????????????????HUDDLE UP Sports Bar and Grill has a magnificent dance hall spot in the small town of Ashland, VA!Their recent All White Prom for all event featured the " EN NOVATION Band"!I must say, they put on an outstanding show with music for all ages and cultures!There was a range of people for 21 to 85 in the place and everyone was having a great time!The venue is large enough to hold what seems like about 350 to 400 ppl!I didn't have anything to eat there, but the drinks were priced well!The bathroom area needed a little work to make them more functional, but other than that, I'd highly recommended it for a place to dance your night away!“

“I've been there twice recently (November 2022)since they changed owners. Unfortunately , I will not be back. The first time...I ordered a cheese steak sub. It was awful, it taste like salt. It was also missing all the toppings I had ordered. The sub roll they now use is so thick it's way too much bread. They use to have a thinner roll and made the bread toasty. Its nothing like before. I thought I would give them one more try since they are close to me. I ordered fried oysters. They were well... just ok, I wouldn't want them again.“

“Marilette was fantastic. I was a appreciative of a server that made great eye contact and smiled. It started my experience of in a good note.
The food was really good. I had a smash burger, and I would get again! I tried the ribs as well. A good deal for the special of the night.
Give this place a try, you will enjoy it. Ask for Marilette if you go.“

“Kreffers is a nice place! Maddie was such a cool waitress! Highly recommend her if you come by. Had gator bites (ok), Mac Daddy chicken sandwich (nice!), Jerk chicken cheesesteak (excellent with ranch) and mushroom burger over lettuce (just right). Topped it all off with the pumpkin pie cheesecake (heavenly).“

“Hi just arrived in richmond from Ireland and dropped into the pour house to watch a game. Harrison has been the most amazing host and with the help of Johonny just helped us get tickets to a local college football game. Seriously friendly helpfull a must drop in. “Best bar and kitchen staff in the city. It is smoking but the bar is kept immaculate due to great management and staff. Security is friendly and welcoming. The bartenders Jenna, Stephanie, Savannah, Ed, Andi, and Ashley are the best in the business. “Only by chance, car issues, did I have a chance to visit this bar. I went in with my daughter, everyone there was laid back down to earth kinda people. Several asked if my daughter and I were ok, and while waiting for a tow, we had a few drinks, and some food....great food, delicious mixed drinks, and again the other customers and staff were kind and freaking amazing! Great place for a chill visit!“

“Went on a Sunday afternoon with a few girl friends. It was a small crowd. The bare tender had excellent customer service and the drinks were great. But THOSE WINGS…the honey old bay & the crown royal made us want to tip the chef. I would recommend for a Sunday afternoon.“

“It's been a rocky road for this location. It's been good and bad through the years. Been coming here for 20+ years. Right now think they are on an up swing. We have dinner there every Wednesday before our bowling league. Now with 1/2 price seafood on Sundays, that's a pretty good deal, especially with there steamed shrimp. Food is good, its not a Michelin 5star restaurant, but its pretty solid. Lots of tvs and seating. Good little bar area. Staff is very friendly and at least 1 that I know was in there calendar. They are going through a management change, so thinking they are trying to up there game.“

“Just placed a to-go order and the restaurant is not even at the west broad location. Note, the hours are posted and you’re still able to access their menu and purchase food. I definitely need my money back!
Update:
Owner called me and apologized for the misunderstanding. Apparently they were at the location but nobody was at the front desk to notify them. Food was delicious.“

“Anniversary lunch and cocktails on the rooftop was very cozy and fun! Shaded so the sun isn’t baring down you. Outdoor sofas made for a nice a intimate space for the husband and I!“
