I went here today the manager is Tarin she is so nasty. I asked her if the donuts are made with cake batter base or yeast base and she rudely replied "I don't know" with such a bad attitude, then I hear her being rude to her employees. So she's rude to me then rude to her own employees, not going back here again rather goto the one in short pump mall.

Really nice staff as I drank my coffee and enjoyed this pleasant Starbucks, all until this abusive manager steps in that they called Braxton this African American manager was abusive to the poor staff so much that I had to leave it was so loud, really sad and not going back. He was screaming at the staff who was working very hard telling them he will give them something to do.

Don’t go on the weekends and expect good service… I’ve waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and the worst being 32 minutes for a coffee… This location is absolutely the worst I’ve ever been to in terms of managing the orders… 32 minutes for a cup of coffee is pure insanity, you can go in a restaurant and order an entire meal and get it in 30 minutes, and these people can’t even Make a cup of coffee… This is getting to be the norm at Starbucks everywhere… Chick-fil-A figured out how to pump customers through, surely, a place that pours a cup of coffee can do the same, I don’t care that you have to run an espresso machine, that still only takes minutes… it truly is ridiculous, Starbucks management should be all fired and get some new blood in there that knows how to run a coffee shop, because right now, the only thing you’re running, is your business into the ground

This Starbucks generally gets our order correct, has friendly staff, and clean inside. I enjoy the drive through staff as well. They always make going there a positive experience.

Have had more than one occurrence when placing a mobile order either takes too long or has seemed to get lost in the shuffle. I placed one yesterday and 20 minutes later it is still not done, I had to walk out or else I would've been late to where I was going. I've also had problems at this location where my drink was made incorrectly (both in store and mobile orders), when I pickup my iced latte I can tell by the color and the taste that an extra shot was not added even though the label indicated to add a shot of espresso and I paid for it. I'd rather drive out of my way to go to the other surrounding locations.

I ordered a tall Pike for my mom and it was not fresh and hot. Every single day my mom gets Starbucks coffee so she knows the test. We asked for a new one and my mom said to me it is the same but said is OK to bartender. She didn't want us to stay in the drive-thru anymore. The bartender said it was from the same pot in somehow that we are problematic.

So SLOWWWW- waiting an additional 45 minutes for a mobile order should not be a thing. The staff is nice, but they clearly need help. They claim it’s because they are understaffed to keep up with the rush and it shows - I’ve never not been to this locations and not waited 30+

I never post reviews, especially not bad ones, but my experience here was shocking. I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they’ve opened and yeah, my drink was made wrong a lot, but it was never an issue for them to remake it if I mustered up the courage to ask.However, the other day I picked up a mobile order and it was COMPLETELY the wrong drink. Not made wrong but literally the wrong drink which I’ve never had happen to me before. I didn’t want to be a bother and go back, but my sister works at a nearby Starbucks and encouraged me to go back because they would remake it no problem; plus, it wasn’t busy at all.This is where things got weird. I went back and showed them the label of what I ordered and it was CLEARLY the wrong drink (just by looking at it you could tell. It also had whole milk in it that I cannot drink). I was met with pushback saying they couldn’t remake it because I “needed to provide the receipt for the order” which I have never heard of in the past. The order wasn’t placed on my phone, but they told me even though the label was proof, they needed the receipt to remake it. I messaged the person who ordered the drink for me and he sent me screenshots of the receipt (and if you know the Starbucks app, you know the receipt is basically just a picture of what you ordered and what time; which was clearly shown on the sticker as well). I went back around and showed the receipt but was told that now I actually needed the person to be there and physically open the app and show them “proof of purchase.” I was given the excuse that “corporate” told them not to remake drinks without the receipt because they’ve been having “issues”. I don’t like confrontation so I simply told them that I was VERY confused by this because a) It was their mistake b) it was on the label and c) I had just been at another Starbucks who not only caught their mistake as they handed it to me, but they remade my order, apologized, upgraded it for a bigger size no charge, and gave me a $5 credit for my next order.I gave up at this point because I didn’t want to argue and I left very annoyed and upset. I looked up Starbucks’ OFFICIAL refund/remake policy to see if I was overreacting, but it said NOTHING to support what I was told when I simply asked for them to fix their mistake. I even went so far as to text my sister who works at a Starbucks not even 5 minutes from this one and she informed me that yes, there had been problems with receipts but they were NEVER told not to remake drinks or anything related; she even reached out to her coworkers who will bounce between locations in the area if coverage is needed and they basically confirmed that this was crazy and completely bs.The person who placed the order drove all the way to the Starbucks for me and basically had to “plead” for them to either remake a drink that THEY messed up or give him some kind of refund. They reluctantly remade the drink and there was no apology, no refund, no nothing.Needless to say, I hate having to talk bad about a place like this knowing how difficult people can be and how overwhelming things can get (I see it first hand from my sister) But honestly, I’m hesitant to return to this location because of this confusing and upsetting incident and I have yet to hear anyone experiencing anything like this.
