This location is such hit or miss and the first sip is not always on point. Today we had three drinks. The acai refresher was weak pink water, the mocha frap hardly had ice, and the iced white mocha had whip when I asked for none. Disappointed.
Out of all the coffee spots in the area I come to this Starbucks because of the people. The folks who work at this location are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind and make it feel more like a local coffee shop rather than a big chain. Definitely can brighten even the worst Monday and I can’t say enough great things about the team at this location. 10/10 would recommend.
Ordered Mobile pickup. Said would be ready in 4-7 minutes. Got to the store in about 6 minutes and board said in process. About 2 minutes later said order ready. Took about another 10 minutes to receive my drink. No one in line at store , few in drive thru. No one ever asked me what I was waiting on, totally ignored. At least they made the drink well.
