I was in Virginia recently on a work trip and stopped at this Starbucks every morning. Not once did I have a bad experience. The team here is so extremely friendly, and they work together like a well oiled machine. The store is clean, neat and efficient. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Shout out to the team you all are doing amazing!

I just stopped at Starbucks at the corner of dominion Boulevard I ask for a cup of water she said you have to have a purchase first and I always order through my app. I will never get Starbucks anymore, and I will delete the app.

I am frustrated and feel it is important to share my concerns. There is a man who appears to be homeless who is regularly at this Starbucks location. I was recently told that I had to purchase something in order to receive a cup of water, which I believe should be complimentary, while he receives expensive beverages daily. Additionally, he frequently bangs on the bathroom door, and I feel it is inappropriate for someone to occupy the space all day as if it were a shelter.

Starbucks is a business meant to serve paying customers, and I often feel unsafe when visiting this location due to his behavior, including wandering around and inadvertently contaminating areas of the store. I believe customers should be able to visit their local Starbucks without fear or discomfort. I urge management to address this situation to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.

Food was hot and my drink was perfect even though I used the drive thru during peak morning hours, and the staff were very friendly! The lady taking my order sounded very sweet and the lady at the pick up window was just as nice and polite! I know how stressful food service could be so it was nice to see the staff so friendly and the food so good! I will be returning to this location. THANK YOU !

Wife and I went to get coffee. Ordered at drive through and when received wife states this is not right, it has whip topping on her drink. Wife doesn’t like to complain. I stated to her, I will call when we get home. 8:30pm I call several time no response. Call next day finally after three attempts manager Jess hears my plea. Jess “ do you have a receipt “ I explain I never received one I used a gift card that I bought for my wife. Jess we don’t give refunds without receipt. I said cashier gave us the wrong drink and never gave us that option. I said look at the time stamp on the cup I saved. Jess that’s to much work . I will just give you a free coffee. She should take a training class and then train her new staff on how to make a $ 8 dollars drink and to follow company policies. My 50 dollars gift card will be used at another store but we will never do Starbucks again. Wawa have good friendly coffee drink, we went last night. Jess you are not manager friendly.

Need to read the directions on the label, you forgot the Carmel Drizzle. Also, this is a very noisy location. My mom and I could hardly hear each other.

I would suggest that they often fail to listen or read the details when placing mobile orders and my croissant was cold, they seemed put off by my request to reheat it. Smh
