I would suggest that they often fail to listen or read the details when placing mobile orders and my croissant was cold, they seemed put off by my request to reheat it. Smh

I have been too many Starbucks in my day, but never have I got in the service I received at this particular store. I went to the drive-through on a Saturday morning and the man taking my order was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He instantly made me smile. And then the woman at the window was the brightest sunshine personified. They truly made my morning so happy. I actually went through the drive-thru twice because I forgot to order an extra coffee, and it was the highlight of my day to go through that line again. I will be returning, if only to have my heart blessed by these two incredible workers.

For those who truly know a good cortado, this won’t meet your expectations. It’s more like a regular coffee with milk than an authentic cortado. They should change the milk if they want to do it perfectly!!
