Okay there's a couple things here this is the Miss narrow long curvy in the tight drive through I've ever seen in my life I think out of all the cities I've been in this one takes the cake so if you are well I get a big truck like F350 or F-250 or something like that I'd recommend just going inside because you're going to not make you may scratch your wheels I mean of course you just drive up on the curve deserve monster truck or whatever but I mean if you are concerned about scratching wheels or anything like that be careful on this drive through I have no idea why the engineered that like this I mean there's two you know concrete curbs the whole way through and it is just about big enough for a regular size vehicle to go through there but it's such a sharp left turn you have to make I watch the car in front of me do it and he came about an inch away from the curb

For some reason, the food is cold unless you order a burrito. We got 5 items, and the burrito was the only thing made well.I opened up a chicken taco to see 1/3 of it had chicken, and the rest was gross lettuce and sour cream. And it was cold. Luckily, I'm the one who ordered the burrito.
The girl working in the drive thru made fun of me ordering while she thought her mic was off, but I heard every word. I don't go to taco bell very often so I'm not super familiar with the menu and needed a little more time. Hope making fun of people makes you feel better about your sad life.

Nothing in my order was made correctly, I only ordered a few things so it's not like i had a huge order. If you're gonna overcharge for your food and customizations at least make the orders correctly.

It should be easy to take an order and deliver the correct food. Instead of saying at the drove through "ok, pull arounnd." Try saying "can I get you anything else" Also, try putting in the bag the food that was actually ordered. I don't want to be surprised 20 minutes later when I get home with my food to find out the order is completely wrong. Am I suppose to sit at the drive-through window and inspect 30 tacos to make sure their right? Then call the store...unavailable to answer...call corporate...wait 10 minutes for someone to answer. Torchy's tacos is right next to taco bell in Short Pump, VAMight take longer, cost more...but at least I'll get what I paid for.

I honestly hate to give places one star reviews. I don’t like commenting on customer service, I worked in it and I work in food and I know what its like. But somehow I have never, in all the times Ive lived in this area, gotten a single order right at this location.Wrong delivery items, wrong items inside. At one point they ran out of beef and shredded cheese but refused to give me my veggie burrito or nacho fries. They ran out of the Baja Blast flavor I ordered and instead of giving me a refund just gave me a different flavor. I was sent the an entirely wrong order over delivery and was given an entirely wrong order at the drive thru. Both mixups happened when it was me and probably 5 other people waiting for food.It’s gotten to a point where I don’t even know why I bother trying. I think part of it is that the interior is still the old design instead of the dreadful minimalist grey and purple that the new buildings have. It’s worth coming in just to sit down on a sticky seat and remember your childhood.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in the United States, -corporate should just shut this one down because the crew is trash, the management is trash and it's been like this for years! I would rather eat my fingernails than ever go to this location again! I'm just bummed that I can't give them negative stars because they don't even deserve one! Maybe it's the hiring process, I don't know but these people at this location have been an ongoing joke for as long as I can remember!

We're simple eaters at Taco Bell. We like the regular tacos, the bean burritos, and the occasional Crunchwrap or order of nachos to spice things up. Nothing crazy, right? Well, you'd think so, but half the time we order bean burritos they're barely, halfheartedly filled as though they're war rationing like Latvia in the 40s. However, this Taco Bell always makes sure the bean to tortilla ratio is spot on. The service was fast and friendly, the food was great, and even Joe Biden has yet to totally ruin the prices. 5/5, would taco 'bout it again.
Very clean restaurant, fast service, food was delicious. Best Taco Bell I've had in the Richmond in a long time!

Food was not wrapped all the way and just dropped in the bag. Never got our sauce we requested. Had to go inside to get our sauce & napkins. There is a reason for drive thur. I will never go back there.
