I had a great experience at Short Pump Taco Bell. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Everything was prepared well, and the overall experience was excellent.
I've had a series of great experiences here over the past few days. When I'm in a rush between meetings, or coming home late at night and need some food, this restaurant has been huge help.
Recently, I went through the drive through and spoke with Kim. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I was genuinely thankful to chat with her.

I loved my experience! I initially gave an online order and went to pick it up but they were out of black beans, so I took red beans instead and they said it would take 30 mins to make it. I didn’t mind waiting and my family called and said bring Taco Bell for everyone. So I placed an even bigger order and waited and they made everything super quickly! Plus because I didn’t want red beans they even remade my first online forget for me! That is genuinely so nice! Best service...
