We ate here a few times during our recent stay. While a little pricey, the food and drinks were good. Both of our servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and good conversationists!

On Saturday, June 10th, my girlfriend and I went to the Tavern for Happy Hour. After ordering $7 drinks and appetizers, we were shocked to see one glass of wine was for $33 alone. Our waiter, Mike R., did tell us that glass of house Riesling was not on Happy Hour however, he failed to warn us about the much higher than normal price. That seemed unprofessional and borderline deceitful. Because I have the money, I paid the bill without incident. However, my impression is that Virginia Crossings is untrustworthy.

Stopped in for Happy Hour to check out The Tavern at Virginia Crossings. Hope was to book a stay in the hotel over the summer. Happy Hour had good specials however, one house wine was full price and turned out to be $33. Given everything else was $7, the waiter, Mike, should have mentioned that full price is much much higher than would normally be expected. Such intentional silence and then sticking it to you with the bill seemed a little unprofessional. Consequently, I don't trust Virginia Crossings.
Had a fantastic dinner here while staying at Virginia Crossings and Conference Center. Our Waitress, Denaja, was kind, fast, friendly, anticipated all of our needs before vocalized and went above and beyond to make our experience great. The Caesar salad was amazing, as well as the meatloaf and the lava cake. Their option for Pinot Noir was also very good. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in the area. Also, Denaja deserves a raise / promotion.
The best Brussels Sprouts...EVER!The staff is super friendly and accommodating. After a day of driving this was such a nice way to end our day.I had the BLT and it was so big that I could only eat half, that too was really yummy.
