We had never been to this location before. Our server Sammy was WONDERFUL! Funny, informative, and clearly a people person. She had great advice re: the menu and seemed genuinely happy to help. Varied bar/American food menu with reasonable (not oversized) portions. The Regency Mall location is newer and bit more spread out.
The Ribeye was good, enjoyed the mashed potatoes and broccoli too. I definitely called the wrong location ahead of time though, thankfully the gentleman at the bar was able to put in my order in person. However, they made sure I knew it was my fault and treated me poorly as they sent me on my way.
It was my second time visiting this location yesterday and I sat at the downstairs bar. I was with my daughter and was immediately greeted by the bartender Michelle. She went out of here way to accommodate myself and my daughter and explained the specials that were going on for food specials, she told me about the rooftop and live music that is played on weekends.
