“Fantastic food!! I stumbled upon this place on GoogleMaps and very glad I did. I had the Trini bowl and my wife had the club. Extremely generous portions for pretty much the same price you'd pay at a chain lunch place. We also got bottled drinks and cookies. Taste was amazing!!! The new owner is a chef from Trinidad and chatted with us while she made our orders. The only reason I didn't rate atmosphere at a 5 is that they only have a couple little tables, but this place is as advertised, a take-out spot. Don't be put off by the lack of fancy signage - they are a little cafe in an office building. The food quality makes up for any lack of fancy decor. Plus you'll be supporting a local business!!“
“The food is absoLUTELY amazing! The expected stuff, yeah, but the mac and cheese is legit! Don't sleep on this place, people. First-timer and I ordered the combo plate (counting on love love at first bite) with pepper steak, jerk chicken, yellow rice, fried cabbage, and the most impressing piece, mac and cheese. You know how commercial mac and cheese tastes just that- bland, boxed, no love in its creation, mass produced and...commercial? Not this, Honies. BayBAY! This truly tastes homemade and made with love. “I really like this place. When I'm in the mood for good salad, I come here. They give ample portions and all their ingredients and salads are fresh. Salads are prepared in front of the costumer. I haven't been disappointed yet. A little pricey but well worth it. A clean, pleasant no thrills atmosphere. Parking can be a little tight and limited around lunch time.“
“Very nice local Mom and Pop Italian restaurant with Sicilian dishes. Cozy with just six tables. Service is friendly and the pasta dishes are very, very (9.5/10) good. Pasta Marinara, Eggplant Parmesan are my favorites. They offer a nice little selection of Italian wines to compliment the meal and some choice desserts to finish it off. You will enjoy your visit! My only slight is that the pizza falls surprisingly short of other local options (try Pearla's).“
