“I went to lunch at sals on Sunday afternoon, right as you walk in the restaurant is clean and visually appealing. The staff greeted us warmly and sat us almost immediately. Our waitress was a woman named Chey and she was so incredibly sweet. Very helpful with our questions, very kind and very quick to take care of us. The food came out very fast, was fresh and absolutely delicious. We will for sure be coming back! Thanks again Sal and Chey!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Cindy for our wedding cake, and she exceeded every expectation. From our first tasting, her sweet and genuine personality made us feel at ease. It was clear right away that she cared about making our day perfect.

The four-tier cake she created was stunning—honestly the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen. It was a true centerpiece at our wedding. We couldn’t decide between strawberry and coconut cream, so she made both flavors and it was a hit! The cake was incredibly moist, and the buttercream was unbeatable. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it.

Both f us enjoyed the sandwiches that were made with fresh bread and 5 delicious oysters. She enjoyed the fries and I was overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the sala. My only complaint is that her Coke was $4.50. But then we were in something that resembled a bar. We would both come again when we are in the area,”

“This restaurant has the most beautiful views in a very fresh and quaint setting. The menu is unique and exquisite. The food is flavorful, presented beautifully, and the portions are very consistent with the pricing. Servers are extremely attentive and we absolutely LOVED the ability to make a reservation. The manager Steven is classy and incredibly hospitable. You can tell he takes his job seriously. Riverwalk is top tier. I can’t wait to go back.”

“I love the food here, so I decided to go for my birthday. The service was horrible. Our waiter brought out cups and silverware but no water. Then he seemed to have a bit of an attitude when we asked another waiter for our water. He had no people skills whatsoever.
After we ordered, we were forgotten about. No one came back to our table until we were done and that was after my husband waved someone down. They should at least ask if we're doing okay.
I've never had an issue with the service in the past, but this was also my first time going in the evening.
Not everyone is meant to work in the service industry and some of the wait staff at choice should seek employment elsewhere. None of them showed any evidence of good customer service.”

If you are considering a party at a fine dining establishment, I highly recommend Fiorello’s Ristorante Italiano in White Marsh (Gloucester County, VA). The food is delicious, and the service was beyond compare. We had a private party on the deck for dinner and live music. Fiorello’s staff went above and beyond our expectations. A good time was had by all.”
