How do you keep running out of forks. At least let people know before they order a bowl. It's not very hard or expensive to order an extra case or 2. It's also not that easy to eat a bowl with a spoon

My experience here today was the absolute worst! Employees were super unprofessional and rude. I didn’t get greeted before ordering. Worst of all, there was more air in my chicken bowl than it was food!

I was going to get a bowl to go. Got up to the counter, and tell the young lady that I wanted a bowl to go. I got her To give me some white rice with an extra portion. After that the food was disgusting. The beans were so dry The crust was starting to crack. And then I looked at the protein. The meat was so dry it looked like jerky. Look like it’s been sitting there all day. Said to the young lady no thank you and I walked out. I don’t understand how they feel it’s Acceptable to serve meat like that. I love chipotle, but I won’t be going there again.

Today I truly wanted some Chipotle and I was very disappointed in the experience I had at the Gloucester location today, I came in the store where I was greeted by a nice young man ready to help me with my order, but then he was rudely pushed to the side by a young female employee just for her to talk super fast and rush me with my order to the point I felt like I was in a race and the bad part was the place was empty. Then she proceeded to give me small portion of food in my bowl. After that I went to pay and pulled out a 50 dollar bill, the cashier hurried up and grab the food back and Ibwas told they don't take 50 dollar bills and I needed to leave to go to the store and to get change. First off I might could have went to my car to grab one of my cards to pay. The proper thing to say would be sorry we don't have change for a 50 do you have any other form of payment. I was happy I didn't have to pay went to the Mexican spot behind them for more food for less money. Thanks for nothing...
I've been in several chipotles before, but this one was certainly not the best. I was the only person in the restaurant at 5:30 PM. Several people came in for takeout. My food was not hot! And the server added some cheese concoction that was $1.70 extra without telling me. Overall a pretty bad experience and I will not return.

It's hit or miss depends on who's working. Most of the time it's ok. Never do mobile order because I always get skimped on the filing.

Refused to give us salad dressing or even let us pay for it. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Gave so much attitude for even asking for it.

At first the food was bland but edible. Last 2 times i went the food had a soapy taste like the container wasn't rinsed properly before they put the food in it. Not as much a strong soap taste but a strong soapy feel in the mouth. I couldn't eat the food and stopped going. Maybe i'll try em again in a few years and hope whoever is washing the dishes gets replaced or starts rinsing them properly.
