While in the drive thru line, there were two employees, a female and male standing out near the back door. The male has gloves on as if he just stepped out from making food. Started smoking and sharing it with the female. Never took the gloves off and went back inside with them on.

Well I hate to say it but it happen to me again. 1st was in Newport News. As usual I order The A-1 burger with extra fried onions. That was the worst burger I have ever had anyway. The meat was burnt the extra onions didn't even get all the original that would be on it. The back part of the bun wanted to fall apart & my fries was cold and hard. I recall when they built this from the Arby's. It is so rundown now. Food still good and the highlight is always the milkshake. Will note the fried food was more greasy than normal and like old grease.
