Well I hate to say it but it happen to me again. 1st was in Newport News. As usual I order The A-1 burger with extra fried onions. That was the worst burger I have ever had anyway. The meat was burnt the extra onions didn't even get all the original that would be on it. The back part of the bun wanted to fall apart & my fries was cold and hard. I recall when they built this from the Arby's. It is so rundown now. Food still good and the highlight is always the milkshake. Will note the fried food was more greasy than normal and like old grease.
Decent prices for decent food (both of quality and amount). The inside guests get a bit neglected, but this is likely due to the backup of the drive in that itself must be promptly dealth with as the car path to it is far from ideal and quickly becomes a mess. My guess for the timely wait is, like most restaurants nowadays, under staffing.
