I ordered a coke & told the waiter it wasn't right, it was way to sweet. He said we hear that a lot, he said we called the coke guy to come, I said and you're still going to charge me for the coke knowing it's not right, he said yes. I just won't do business with them anymore. Business for them was very slow & I see why.
HAD A FINGERNAIL IN FOOD!! AND PLASTIC IN 2 OF OUR DRINKS...OF COURSE ALL OUR FOOD WAS WASTED AS NO ONE WANTED TO TOUCH ANYTHING AFTER DISCOVERING THAT!! WE OF COURSE TOLD WAITRESS AND GUESS MANAGER CAME AND SAID NORHING. THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO BRING THE BILL. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE DIDNT EVEN TAKE OFF THE MEAL THAT HAD A FINGERNAIL IN IT(EVEN THOUGH NO FOOD WAS ATE). I DID PAY AND ALSO LEFT A 20PERCENT TIP FOR SERVER AS SHE WAS VERY NICE AND WASNT HER FAULT. BUT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

While Goochland may be a small town, our proximity to the great restaurant scenes in Richmond and Charlottesville mean that we expect good food. I would classify Los Panchos as great food! It's prepared consistently, in a timely manner, and with care and quality. I love this place and am so glad they're here. Two thumbs up!
