I’ve never had many issues until today. But the woman (owner/manager) I’m not sure but she was rude to me for no reason. I ordered online and left my house since it’s about a 15 min drive. I arrive and she says “don’t come early”. Like what?!? It’s not like the food wasn’t ready. And even if It wasn’t I would have been fine waiting, but it came off super rude, makes not want to go back unless the guy is there.
Tonight I came in to pick up dinner for my family because we had ballgames close by. The gentleman that was there was doing an amazing job hustling around getting everyone’s orders put together. The woman that was helping was not as friendly. She told the man in front of me who would put his order in online that his order would be ready at 6:10 and not earlier. It is currently 610 and I know they have not started on that man’s order. I asked for a salad which at any other...
Staff is great; guy with the beard makes the best wrap I’ve ever had and he gets the order right on the first go every time. I haven’t had any negative experiences with the manager everyone mentions.
