“The burgers are decent and the overall quality of the food is not bad. However, the beef patties tend to be a bit too greasy for my taste. On the positive side, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. If they could improve the quality of the meat and reduce the grease, it would be an even better dining experience.“

“This place has quickly become our favorite spot in the town center! The general manager Lukas has gathered quite the team under him and we couldn’t be happier with our experience there! “Took the entire family to Freddy's to get for the July lunch and noticed it would make a great vantage point to come back at night to watch fireworks. So we had a great time they are there's great food for young people in older lake The kids loved it but the star of the show was coming back later last night to watch the fireworks being launched from Fairfax high School by Fairfax City for their annual fireworks display. The parade was rained out and we feared the fireworks would be as well but they weren't a place was packed the streets were packed every place was packed but if we're nothing else check Freddy's out for the most epic spot to watch fireworks from. Everybody had a spectacular time and don't forget they're frozen custard is legit 10 out of 10 will go again next year and many times to eat there before then.“

First time I ordered inside, and got the Social Burger and fries, both of which were great. This time I ordered from the app, and got a custom turkey burger, which was also excellent.

Guy at the front was friendly and quite helpful, especially considering there were a total of 2 people running the spot. They're burgers are similar to a golden age Five Guys burger, without the egregious amount of grease involved. It's a good burger without the typical guilt of eating one. Would reccomend.“

“This is a really cool spot. The inside is nicely decorated, with lots of dog pictures!! They have lots of options. You can get the hot dogs as beef, veggie, or chicken. I got the Buffalo (blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, sriracha, and ranch) and House (onion relish, mustard, mayo, celery salt) I really enjoyed both, especially the House Dog!! This is a Black owned, gourmet hot dog spot! Very cool!“

For a weekday mid-afternoon, it took a long time for our order to come up, at least 10 minutes. More people sitting at tables were waiting for their orders than those who were eating.“

“This location has been my neighborhood Shake Shack for the past few years, but I'm just getting to write a review due to the excellent service we received today. My family and I dined in for a quick lunch, and it was the first time I was attended to with such care and diligence at a Shake Shack location! I didn't get the young gentleman's name, but an employee came around 2-3 times to check in on us and clear our plates almost immediately after our meal. I later found out he went out of his way to help take my family's order with ease when they had to transfer it from the self-serve kiosk to the cashier. Food was what you would expect (my lettuce wrap was a bit soggy from sitting around, so maybe preparing that last would be helpful), overall great experience!“

“Nice, chill location. the food was good. I ordered the 10pc wings with fries. I don't recommend getting the honey mustard sauce. it's the cost of a drink🥴, literally. Why something the same size as ranch or blue cheese costs the same as a drink (while the ranch and blue cheese don't cost extra), I'm not sure. If you're like me and don't eat ranch or blue cheese, bring your own honey mustard. other than that, I highly recommend.“

“Pollo Xpress has become our family’s favorite restaurant! I’d argue they might have the best burgers and wings in the area🤤🍔🍗! My son even cleans his plate with their chicken, rice and fries. Now, with a new breakfast all day menu (haven’t tried it yet, but can’t wait) added, I’m sure this place will stay at the top of our list! This high praise from a tough food critic.
