“A good stop for a great burger in Great Falls
This location is one of the over 1500 locations in the United States and over 70 locations in Virginia. THis is the only one in Great Falls. It is located at the intersection of the Leesburg Pike and Georgetown Pike. up on a hill. It seemed easy to find and get to. There seemed to be ample parking in front of the restaurant and to the northeast side of the building. There was inside and outside seating. The inside dining area has about 10 tables of various heights and sizes with metal chairs. You enter through the front door in the corner of the store. You order at the counter, pay, receive a number and wait for your food to be cooked. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. You can see your order being prepared behind the register. The cost of 2 hamburgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of french fries was over $30 so it is not as cheap as it once was. The food was excellent. Drinks are from a serve-yourself station with 2 large electronic coke machines, ice, and condiments. All the tables and surfaces were kept very clean. Overall a very pleasant, delicious experience that was a little higher priced than our previous visits.“

“My family and I love PLNT Burger. It is always a special treat because the closest location is 40 minutes away. You can't go wrong with the cheeseburgers, fries and a shake. My kids love the grilled cheese kids meal. Marlon (Tysons location) always provides friendly service with a smile! I always know we'll have a great meal when he's working.“

“My return experience at Red Robin was excellent. I previously had concerns regarding delayed service; however, the manager, Teresa, personally reached out to better understand what happened and was genuinely committed to restoring my confidence in the brand.

Since then, Teresa has been professional, patient, and efficient during every interaction and visit.

She consistently takes the time to understand and anticipate guests’ needs, carefully reviews orders for accuracy, and asks whether any additional napkins or condiments are needed. She also goes above and beyond by offering additional fries with pickup orders, recognizing that fries are bottomless when dining in.

Because of Teresa’s outstanding hospitality and customer service, I will absolutely continue returning to this location — both during workdays, since it is conveniently close to my job, and outside of work with my family. Man, they've got all kinds of stuff on the menu. Burgers that'll make your mouth water, and they even have this insane Unicorn shake for dessert – it's like something out of a dream. And don't even get me started on the drinks. They've got some seriously killer cocktails that'll knock your socks off. Oh, and did I mention the location? “When I read the reviews, talking about the generous portions and the tastes, I had to try this play. The only issue that I didn’t take seriously, was a couple of people said their food was too salty. Unfortunately, the portions were not generous! My fries ($4) portion was somewhere between the small-medium of McDonald fries. And my double patty was burger was very tasty, BUT so so salty that I think I drank at least 2-3 bottles of water within 30 min of finishing my food. Unfortunately, won’t be back and won’t recommend, unless they address the salt issue which is absolutely the dealbreaker.“

“I love a good chicken sandwich and this one is halal so I was extra excited to try this place! Red bird is located in the shopping between a nail salon and hair salon. There are 6 tables, each seating four guests. The cashier was very polite, assisting me with my choices and helping me understand heat levels. The chicken sandwich is on a yummy bun (potato bun?) dressed with a crunchy veggie slaw which is really good. It's not as spicy as Hangry Joe's (where you have to sign a waiver to order the hottest level) so feel free to lean into the spice!“

“Okay, one gripe: I asked for a burger with ketchup, and never mentioned pickles. When I got the burger, it had pickles and no ketchup. Not a big deal, I took the pickles off and put some ketchup on it. It was a great burger, as usual. They just need to pay a little more attention. I still put a couple bucks in the tip jar because people have kids to feed.

That being said, great burger, great fries (and still a generous portion), and lots of Diet Coke.

Also a plus: terrific music on the speakers! I had Shazam open during the meal, and grabbed seven good songs that I'd never heard before. Yes!“

“I came pretty late in the evening, Ben was great. He was very attentive and checked to make sure everything was good or if I needed anything multiple times throughout my visit. He was patient when I was indecisive and also gave me helpful recommendations when I asked so I knew which dessert would be best for me tonight.“

“This is a really cool spot. The inside is nicely decorated, with lots of dog pictures!! They have lots of options. You can get the hot dogs as beef, veggie, or chicken. I got the Buffalo (blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, sriracha, and ranch) and House (onion relish, mustard, mayo, celery salt) I really enjoyed both, especially the House Dog!! This is a Black owned, gourmet hot dog spot! Very cool!“
