The delicious options we selected for the dinner buffet included salmon with lemon tarragon sauce, beef brisket, and Fresca chicken. These entrees didn't disappoint (especially the incredible brisket). They were paired perfectly with the scalloped potatoes, veggies, green beans and mac n cheese. We received compliments from our guests all around. Sabrina, Matt and team provided spectacular service throughout the planning and on the day of the wedding.
