My family and I were vacationing nearby and decided to order takeout from Hank's based on the Google reviews, and we were not disappointed in the least. The meat was full of flavor, tender, and filling! My son ordered a burrito and was so impressed with the taste and amount of food. We were all a little skeptical about cheese in our corn bread, but that was quickly changed after the first bite! If you are ever in the area, Hank's will be a must stop for delicious food!
The BBQ was very good. The brisket was delicious. The only reason it's not a 5 star is my whole meal was just barely warm. I got the sampler both the pulled pork and brisket were exceptional, the ribs were well made and tasty but were a bit dry and not heated. I know that these food take a long time to make and are just heated for serving but the ribs reminded me of when you try to reheat your leftovers from last nights meal. I've had better. Been going here quite a bit lately. I heard about this place from a co-worker and decided to try it out. The fact that I have been coming here quite a bit lately probably tells you what I thought about it. Food is delicious, staff is beyond friendly.
