I enjoy the variety on Arby's menu. This time I visited to get one of the limited time Crispy Fish Sandwich. I visited the drive thru and had to briefly pull up for hot fries. All the food was warm and well proportioned. The service was good outside of the small wait on fries.

Crew did not have enough help and had to lock the the dine-in doors at 7:00 the owner really needs to step in and hire some people so this will not inconvenience online shoppers this is very bad for business.

Would have been 5 stars for food but someone handling food has nose piercings: Manager was training someone on the register: I’m glad to see young people working but the manager asked about our order size and was next to mumbling and when I asked to repeat she didn’t get any louder just a condescending attitude. For heaven’s sake look at the age of your customers and adjust accordingly. My sis-in-law is 85 and struggled with every word the manager was saying. Be sharp, be...
