Their listing says they take reservations but they don't.
When I called the young lady was very rude.
Wow.

i got the pretzel bites with beer cheese and the “pretzels” were actually just bread with flakey salt, the side of mac and cheese was OK not very flavorful and lacked luster. kind of disappointed with the food i ordered. the live band that was playing was loud, i could not hear the person next to me. prices are decent, but the food taste cheap. drinks are overpriced, especially the cocktails. other than that nice place.

Wonderful choice of beers! Then I was shocked at the extensive bourbon list they have to choose from. Great environment and friendly employees. A nice little find after going to the Air and Space museum!

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of little games for kids to keep busy and social.

Nestled right by the water, Bull Island Brewing Company offers a laid-back atmosphere with scenic views, making it a great spot for a casual meal or a relaxed gathering with friends. One of the standout conveniences is the parking—there’s plenty available, and the restaurant validates if you spend over $20, which is a nice perk.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Hands down, the most memorable dish—and something I’ve never had anywhere else—was the tater tots with crab dip baked on top. This was the answer. The crispy tots paired with the creamy, savory crab dip were absolutely spot on. If you go, do yourself a favor and order this.

For the main course, we tried both a meat pizza and a veggie pizza. While they were satisfactory and enjoyable, they weren’t particularly standout. Still, they hit the spot and paired well with the laid-back vibe of the place.

Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether you’re stopping by for drinks, enjoying the view, or digging into that amazing tater tot creation, Bull Island Brewing Company is worth a visit.

Had a fantastic time there with family this weekend! What a cool spot! Owner, Doug and staff were awesome and we tried so many great beers. Crab balls were delicious and we liked the pretzel boards too. Look forward to going back the next time I am in town!

Nice spot! Good for catching a game on TV. Decent selection on tap and changing cocktails. Fun decor. Ordered Bbq chicken pizza which was great, big chunks of chicken. Also has pretzel bites with beer cheese that were ok. Had a seasonal margarita and crush.

Cocktail was good, but wish they had cider from Sly Clyde (I know, I know - why go to a brewery if you don’t like beer). I enjoyed being able to sit under the umbrella on the patio with the view overlooking the water.

Attended for an Air Force Chief’s retirement ceremony/afterparty. Didn’t have any food, but the drinks were GREAT. Additionally, it’s always good when breweries have liquor as well. Finally, the staff were amazing. Not only beautiful, but also kind to everyone at the party.

I tried 2 ales. A blonde that had a bitter-tart after taste. And the triple x. Triple x was recommended by the bartender. It wasn't bad. It reminded me of amberbock. . .Something I used to drink a long time ago. . .kinda nostalgic for me as those were rough times.

Ordered the oyster stew, and asked if there was bacon or sausage because I'm a pescaterian. The counter girl told me the oysters were the only meat. The stew comes out with lots of bacon!

Is your brewery that hard up you have to trick customers into ordering your terrible food? I would have been better off throwing my money into the trash can.

Vegetarian options: They put bacon on everything.
